Our Services

All Services Are Offered Exclusively Via Telehealth

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a personalized treatment designed to help individuals explore their unique emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist, clients gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth. This confidential process empowers individuals to overcome difficulties, achieve goals, while enhancing well-being.

Family Systems Intervention

Our work with families focuses on improving communication within families by exploring how each member's role and behavior impacts the overall family system. Through guided discussions and reflection, families gain insight into patterns of belief and behavior that contribute to challenges. This approach fosters understanding, resolves issues, and strengthens relationships. These consultations often involve members of each generation as available.

Single-Session Consultations

Single-session therapy offers a focused, one-time intervention designed to address a specific concern or challenge. Ideal for those seeking immediate support or clarity on a particular issue, this approach focuses on identifying new solutions that can be applied immediately following the consultation. It can be useful for individuals needing one-time guidance, or those ready to take a first-step in making a change but aren’t sure if longer-term therapy is necessary. Follow-up sessions are available, but the assumption is that routine care is not going to be necessary.

Workplace Injuries and Workers Compensation Psychotherapy

We work to address the psychological impact of  work-related injuries or trauma with the goal of helping injured workers reclaim their lives and return to the workforce. We collaborate closely with medical professionals and insurers to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes. Whether addressing physical rehabilitation or emotional recovery, our goal is to restore function, alleviate symptoms, and empower clients to regain independence in their professional and personal lives.
